Job Description

United Behavior Consultants is growing and we are seeking caring and professional individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring for a Temp Scheduling Coordinator position with the possibility of being a permanent position. UBC provides quality ABA therapy that focuses on the client's needs first. We base our clinical decisions on what is best for the client's improved function of their daily life. UBC's mission is to Educate and Empower individuals and families so that they improve their Quality of Life . We are committed to a high standard of services by hiring highly qualified staff that wants to make a difference in the lives of the clients and families we serve. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. This is not a remote position. You will need to work from the office located in Santa Ana, Ca. This position is temp at this time.   • 25 an hour) Vacation accrual after 1 year of employment Position competencies to set goals to grow within UBC Job Description Performs a variety of client service duties that may involve filing, calculations, tracking, and checking documents.
Operates a variety of office machines such as fax machine, copiers, calculators and personal computer or other electronic devices. Receives documents from the public and enters data into records. Prepares correspondence, reports and other materials from rough drafts. May compose or prepare reports. Maintain and manage an accurate scheduling system and files. Create and assign schedules for new and existing clients by assigning staff that match the client's needs. Exemplary time management skills by prioritizing workflow based on needs. Assist Client Service Coordinator with projects. Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Ability to multi-task with office tasks. Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPAA guidelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in ABA Scheduling (6 months) Bachelor's Degree Reliable transportation Pass criminal background check and provide
