Project Manager, Maintenance & Store Development About the Role At Lovisa, our stores depend on responsive, efficient support to keep business running smoothly every day. We are looking for a Maintenance Operations Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of their work. This role plays a key part in supporting our store fleet by coordinating maintenance activity, managing vendor relationships, tracking operational performance, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business. You will work closely with stores, vendors, field leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved quickly, effectively, and with minimal disruption to operations. What You Will Do Maintenance Operations- Manage and prioritize incoming maintenance requests across assigned stores.
- Coordinate vendors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Monitor open work orders and proactively drive issues through completion.
- Escalate urgent or high-impact issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activity. Vendor Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for service vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, response times, and quality of work.
- Support vendor onboarding, communication, and performance improvement efforts.
- Assist with obtaining proposals and identifying cost-effective solutions. Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track maintenance activity, spending, recurring issues, and operational trends.
- Prepare reporting and maintain department tracking tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce recurring issues, and increase operational efficiency.
- Support development of procedures, resources, and best practices. Preventative Maintenance & Asset Support
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs across the store portfolio.
- Coordinate service schedules and completion tracking.
- Support asset tracking and lifecycle management.
- Identify recurring issues that may require long-term corrective action or capital investment. Cross Functional Support
- Partner with Store Operations, Finance, Construction, Procurement, District Managers, and vendors to support maintenance initiatives.
- Communicate updates, risks, and project status to stakeholders.
- Support department projects and other operational initiatives as needed. What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, operations support, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with vendors and service providers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with maintenance or work order management systems is a plus. Why You Will Succeed Here
