Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to coordinate and manage all aspects of Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect scheduling and documentation. Our team values precise communication, stakeholder engagement, and strict adherence to established policies in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate MPU disconnect/reconnect work while managing internal systems and documentation. Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders to ensure transparency regarding scheduling and compliance status. Monitor CPUC timelines for compliance and prioritize the backlog of MPU requests based on urgency and procedural guidelines. Maintain accurate records and ensure strict adherence to all established MPU procedures and protocols.

Required:

Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions in a business environment. Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain detailed and accurate records. Proficiency with basic computer and office software for coordinating and documenting workload activities. Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
