Job Description
Rezolut is looking for a full-time Patient Schedulers to join our team at Centrelake in Covina and West Covina! Schedule is Monday
- Friday, 9:00am

Essential Functions of a Patient Scheduler Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to complete appointment scheduling, cancellation, and confirmation requests. Provides the first available appointment by matching patient preferences with specific scheduling guidelines. Collects and coordinates accurate basic registration, demographic, and insurance information. Processes multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests. Functions as a team member to organize and prioritize responsibilities to complete daily work assignments. Works as part of a team to assist radiologists, technologists, co-workers, patients, and referring physician offices as needed. Education and Experience High School degree or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of prior medical scheduling experience preferred. High proficiency of PC systems, tools, and applications.
