Elite Pest Control — Appointment Setter Position Overview Elite Pest Control is looking for motivated Appointment Setters to help homeowners protect their properties from unwanted pests. Your main responsibility is to generate qualified appointments for our pest control service team. This is a performance-based opportunity where your earning potential increases with the number of successful appointments you generate. Pay Structure $20 for every appointment that results in a completed pest control service 10 successful appointments = $200 25 successful appointments = $500 50 successful appointments = $1,000 50 successful appointments per week = $4,000 per month There is no set limit on earning potential—the more successful appointments you generate, the more you can earn. Responsibilities Contact homeowners and potential customers Introduce Elite Pest Control and our services Identify homeowners who need pest prevention or treatment Schedule qualified appointments for our service team Clearly communicate appointment details Follow up with potential customers when needed Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information Help provide a professional and positive customer experience What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Confident and professional personality Motivated by performance and earning potential Reliable and consistent Comfortable speaking with homeowners Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work independently and meet weekly goals Performance Goal Our target is 50 successful appointments per week. 50 Successful Appointments 50 × $20 = $1,000/week Monthly Potential $1,000 × 4 weeks = $4,000/month Why Join Elite Pest Control?
