Job Description
Prism Household Management is seeking an experienced, proactive, and high-caliber Household Manager to oversee, organize, and streamline daily residential operations for private client residences. This senior-level role goes beyond standard tidying—it focuses on full household organization, daily workflow execution, vendor coordination, inventory management, and maintaining an exceptional standard of living for busy households.
Key Responsibilities:
Household Operations & Daily Routines:
Establish and maintain comprehensive home workflow systems, including daily space resets, detailed laundry and high-end wardrobe care, linen rotations, and kitchen upkeep.
Vendor & Service Supervision:
Coordinate, oversee, and verify the quality of external contractors and specialized services (e.g., deep cleaners, landscapers, maintenance technicians).
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Track, manage, and replenish household consumables, cleaning supplies, pantry staples, and specialty home items.
Organization & Space Planning:
Execute and sustain aesthetic, functional organization systems across closets, pantries, storage zones, and common living areas.
Administrative & Lifestyle Support:
Manage household binders/checklists, schedule service appointments, coordinate special deliveries, and handle light meal/produce preparation as required.
Confidante & Communication Lead:
Act as the primary point of communication between the household, service agency, and on-site contractors to ensure seamless, proactive problem-solving.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of proven experience as a Household Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Estate Assistant, or similar high-touch residential role.
Integrity & Security:
Must pass a comprehensive Criminal Background Check, SSN verification, and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
Confidentiality:
Strict adherence to client privacy; must sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Skills:
Strong organizational and space-management aptitude, exceptional communication skills, proactive conflict-resolution mindset, and proficiency in creating structured home routines.
Logistics:
Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and authorization to work in the US.
