Job Description

We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support a high-volume hiring initiative in Centennial, Colorado. This Contract position will focus on arranging pre-employment screening appointments and helping ensure candidates move through the onboarding process efficiently. The role is well suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a steady flow of scheduling activity in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate post-offer and pre-employment testing appointments with designated clinic partners to keep hiring timelines on track.
  • Confirm candidate information, including demographic details and appointment specifics, to maintain accurate records and reduce scheduling errors.
  • Serve as a primary scheduling resource for a high-volume client account with significant near-term hiring activity.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and partner clinics regarding appointment timing, preparation instructions, and any necessary updates.
  • Manage a large volume of scheduling requests while prioritizing accuracy, timeliness, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries related to appointment coordination and provide timely support to resolve scheduling issues.
  • Work closely with a team of schedulers to maintain coverage, share updates, and support consistent service delivery.
  • Track appointment activity and follow up on changes, confirmations, or reschedules as needed to support onboarding progress.
