Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join a contract assignment supporting a high-volume hiring initiative in Centennial, Colorado. In this role, you will manage pre-employment appointment scheduling for incoming hires, ensure candidate information is accurate, and help maintain a smooth coordination process with partner clinics. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in an administrative environment, communicates clearly, and can stay organized while handling a large volume of scheduling activity.
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange post-offer and pre-employment testing visits with approved clinic partners for newly hired candidates.
  • Confirm personal details and appointment information to ensure each booking is accurate and complete before scheduling is finalized.
  • Provide dedicated scheduling support for a large client account with significant near-term hiring volume.
  • Coordinate a high number of appointments efficiently while maintaining attention to timing, accuracy, and follow-up needs.
  • Respond to inbound communication related to appointment logistics, updates, and scheduling questions.
  • Track scheduling activity and maintain organized records to support a consistent and timely hiring process.
  • Work closely with a team of schedulers to align on priorities, coverage, and daily workload management.
  • Help candidates navigate the pre-employment testing process by sharing clear instructions and appointment details.
