H2o Fire Protection Inc. has been in business since 1987 and is a family-owned Fire Sprinkler Company that is very well known in the industry. We strive to maintain good relationships with our General Contractors, Apartment Managers, and various customers in assisting them with their Fire Sprinkler System's needs. We do fire sprinkler design, coordination, installation, inspections, services and repairs. Fire Inspection Scheduling Coordinator:

Responsibilities:

Managing service / inspection incoming phone calls and emails Includes outbound phone calls to customers when inspection services are due Schedule Coordination for

Service Inspection Technicians Using Service Trade Software Common Inspections Include:

Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguishers, and Backflow inspections Schedule Coordination of all on going quarterly, semiannually, and annual inspections for current customers. Maintain on call service technician calendar Accurate and thorough notes obtained in customer files. Answering Phones - Receptionists for Office Gatekeeper for front office Data Entry (Service Trade Asset building)

Qualifications:

Industry knowledge (preferred but not required) Computer literacy and good organizational skills Service Trade experience (preferred) QuickBooks experience (beneficial) Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills Calm personality Ability to juggle multiple tasks and requests at once in a calm manner Detail orientated
