A growing technology-enabled services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join a fast-paced team supporting business operations and client service initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-volume environment, managing detailed processes, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems. Responsibilities Process and maintain high volumes of administrative transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Review, validate, and reconcile data across multiple internal and external systems. Manage work queues, prioritize assignments, and meet established service expectations. Maintain organized records, documentation, status updates, and reporting. Investigate and resolve routine issues while escalating more complex matters when appropriate. Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners. Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and streamline workflows. Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in operations, compliance, administrative support, or a similarly detail-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team mindset. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Experience working within structured processes and regulated environments is preferred. Experience with CRM systems, workflow tools, or process improvement initiatives is a plus. Comfortable learning new technologies and productivity tools. Position Details Onsite 1 day/week in Denver, CO Standard business hours aligned with the Mountain Time Zone. One-year contract assignment with potential for extension based on business needs.
