Job Description

Gate Attendant (Bilingual - Spanish Required) Englewood, CO Starting at $21+/hour Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM We are hiring a reliable and organized Gate Attendant to join our team at our Englewood site. This is a full-time, day shift role supporting daily operations at one of our composting facilities.
What You'll Do:
Manage incoming and outgoing truck traffic (no retail sales or payments involved) Communicate with truck drivers picking up and dropping off large material loads Prepare, review, and proofread daily tickets and paperwork Ensure overnight load tickets are complete and ready for drivers Scan and send all documentation to our Eaton office for processing Print and review sales orders; update dispatch spreadsheets Assist with compliance documentation and data entry into a third-party system (training provided) Support HR by collecting and forwarding paperwork as needed (no HR processing required) Maintain a clean and organized office space (job trailer) Coordinate with operations to direct drivers on-site
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual (Spanish required) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable handling large volumes of paperwork daily Basic spreadsheet skills (data entry, saving, tracking) Clear communication via phone and email Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable working in an outdoor/industrial environment
Schedule & Pay:
Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM (site hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; early departure possible if work is completed) Starting at $21/hour (higher rates considered for highly qualified, experienced candidates) If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on, industrial setting, we'd love to hear from you.
