Compensation:

$65,000-$85,000 per year This is an entry-level, client-facing opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and helping create a smooth experience from the first conversation through the next steps. Training provided, when applicable. What You'll Do Connect with individuals interested in health coverage Coordinate appointments and scheduling needs Answer questions and provide clear next steps Confirm appointments and manage follow-up communication Maintain accurate client information and scheduling records Work with the team to keep the client process organized and efficient What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Friendly and professional attitude Organized and dependable Comfortable speaking with clients by phone Motivated, coachable, and willing to learn Previous scheduling, customer service, administrative, or client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
