General Purpose As the first contact with Mountain Family, Appointment Schedulers are a bilingual liaison between patients and care teams. The call center team is responsible for answering calls in a timely fashion; scheduling patients for medical, dental, and behavioral appointments; relaying messages and normal test results to patients; and conducting outreach to patients to schedule them for follow-up and well care. Additionally, each member of the team is assigned to one of the care sites and responsible for ensuring appropriate communication between the call center and care site and monitoring the schedules of that site to ensure correct scheduling.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a call center preferred. Spanish speaking required.
Salary:
$20.00 to $22.00 per hour;
