Job Description

Rehab Scheduler needed for our Glenwood Springs Rehab Department! Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred! This is a full-time position in our Rehabilitation Services department. Eligible for Employee Referral Bonuses…refer a friend and earn $$$ As the Rehab Scheduler you will: 1. Monitor for incoming referrals to Outpatient Rehab Services 2. Call patients within 72 hours of receiving referrals 3. Leave messages for patients who don't answer 4. Call patients back if patient has not responded and scheduled evaluation within 48 hours 5. Communicate with Patient Access Professional after scheduling new evaluation to request benefit verification or insurance authorization if required based on patient's insurance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School graduate or equivalent
Experience:
0-6 months minimum We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas
SALARY RANGE
‎$20.00 to $28.87/hour Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
