Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, legal studies or related field. 1-3 or more years of experience in contract management preferable but not required. Self-starter and able to work independently; possess good logical and analytical skills. Possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills; ability to respond to internal client inquiries and manage legal case intake process, effectively and timely communicate problems and propose solutions. Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust priorities, and find ways to operate efficiently in a challenging, dynamic environment. Manage compliance with certain contractual obligations of the Company. Ability to understand standardized contract forms with input from various departments, i.e., Product, Legal, Sales etc. Serve as the primary contact between all internal stakeholders and the Legal Department with regard to questions regarding customer and vendor accounts and contracts and system ensuring prompt resolution of contracts issues. Complete time-sensitive customer compliance documents, questionnaires, and registrations pursuant to business practices, contractual obligations, statutes and regulations. Establish standards and procedures for contract reporting and documentation.
