Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Broadcast Scheduling Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting television network programming operations. This role is ideal for an administrative or broadcast operations professional who enjoys fast-paced coordination, accurate scheduling, and working with cross-functional teams in a 24/7 media environment. The Broadcast Scheduling Coordinator will help ensure programming schedules are accurate, complete, and ready for air. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with On-Air, Commercial, and Program Operations teams while building specialized experience in broadcast scheduling systems and network operations. Candidates can expect a collaborative team environment, supportive operational leadership, and a role where accuracy, communication, and problem-solving make a direct impact. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update daily on-air programming schedules for television networks and channels.
- Make schedule adjustments based on programming changes, commercial updates, or operational needs.
- Coordinate program clearances and distribute accurate scheduling information to stations and internal teams.
- Review playlists and schedules to identify discrepancies and resolve issues before broadcast.
- Create contingency schedules for sports replays, filler programming, and unexpected programming changes.
- Troubleshoot scheduling issues while collaborating with On-Air, Commercial, and Program Operations teams. Compensation and Benefits

Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by a 24/7 broadcast operation. Required Qualifications and Skills- Maintain accurate daily broadcast programming schedules.
- Coordinate schedule changes, program clearances, and playlist reviews.
- Support 24/7 broadcast operations using scheduling and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and communicate updates across internal teams.
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant administrative, scheduling, broadcast, or operations experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn new software, scheduling tools, and broadcast systems.
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications
- Broadcast or television experience, especially in a 24/7 operations environment.
- Experience with TLL, Webscheduler, OTTO, Wide Orbit, Sintec, or Streetlite.
- Prior experience supporting programming schedules, commercial operations, master control, or network operations.
