View the SENS Product Catalog Summary SENS is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the master production schedule and serve as the business lead for our ERP planning and scheduling system (Infor SyteLine). This role balances customer ship dates, forecasting, material availability, and shop floor capacity to produce a realistic, trusted production schedule, and works closely with IT, Production, and Manufacturing Engineering to keep the planning system's configuration and data accurate. This role requires a self-starter - someone highly motivated to take responsibilities on, act quickly, and provide the most possible data to help make tough decisions quickly. Scheduling requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to synthesize inputs across most departments of the business to prioritize production outputs for our customers, ensuring on-time delivery stays above 95% throughout the year. Responsibilities Own and maintain the master production schedule across all product lines, balancing customer ship dates, material availability, and shop floor capacity. Serve as the business owner of SyteLine's planning and scheduling configuration, including APS/MRP settings, planning parameters, work center and resource group capacity data, and Planning BOMs. Investigate planning and scheduling discrepancies, such as unexpected demand (drop-in's from Sales/Order Management, expedite requests, etc.) or rescheduling behavior, to identify and resolve root causes, while maintaining OTD to SENS customers. Facilitate alignment between Sales, Order Management, Production, and Procurement on order priorities, schedule changes, and capacity constraints. Maintain Planning BOMs and item planning parameters — forecast method, lead time, reorder logic, safety stock — so they reflect current volume and product mix. Maintain documentation and SOPs for planning and scheduling processes and system configuration. Monitor exception messages and shortage alerts to ensure risks are surfaced to Planning, Production, and Procurement before they reach the shop floor. Train planners, schedulers, and supervisors on the scheduling system and how to act on its output. Report on schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, and other planning KPIs to Operations leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or 9 years of equivalent scheduling experience. 5+ years of experience in production scheduling, master scheduling, or materials/production planning in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with an ERP/MRP system's planning and scheduling modules; Infor SyteLine experience strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of MRP/APS concepts: bills of material, planning BOMs, lead times, safety stock, time fences, capacity planning, and exception messages. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot planning system issues methodically and identify root cause. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) APS configuration and capacity setup.
