Payroll Clerk Longmont, CO Apply Now Payroll Clerk Transdev in Longmont , Colorado, is hiring a Payroll Clerk. The Payroll Clerk assists the Human Resources Manager in all aspects of the daily payroll functions. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

• Sunday - Thursday - 9 am to 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely, including adjustments, corrections, bonuses, premium pay, vacation, and holiday payouts. Maintain accurate employee payroll records, PTO balances, timesheets, and supporting documentation. Maintain payroll systems and tracking tools, ensuring employee and payroll information is current and accurate. Coordinate payroll checks and related documentation as needed. Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely, professional customer service. Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information. Partner with Operations, Human Resources, Dispatch, Safety, Training, and Corporate Payroll to resolve payroll issues and ensure accurate processing. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, tracking, and reporting. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years of payroll, accounting, administrative, or related experience. Payroll processing experience preferred. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, spreadsheets, and data reconciliation. Experience working with payroll and timekeeping systems; experience with MOBI, ADP, or similar systems preferred. Exceptional attention to detail with strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to: Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-0% of the job is performed outside; work alone and in remote locations. Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
