Senior On-Site Service Specialist Ricoh - 3.4 Parker, CO Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Senior On-Site Service Specialist-Print Production, Mailroom Services Senior On-Site Services Specialist Join our team as a Senior On-Site Services Specialist, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional workplace support and customer service. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a variety of responsibilities, including print production, mail and shipping services, document management, hospitality support, and office operations. What You'll Do Operate high-volume print, copy, scanning, and bindery equipment. Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance support, and service coordination for office equipment. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, receiving, and distribution services. Support meeting and conference room setups and workplace hospitality services. Respond to employee and customer service requests with professionalism and urgency. Maintain supply inventories, service logs, and operational records. Deliver completed projects and materials throughout the facility. Support reception, file management, and other administrative services as needed. Assist with office moves, light facilities support, and other site operations activities. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in print, mailroom, office services, customer support, hospitality, or a related environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing needs. Experience with shipping/receiving, document services, or production print environments is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility. Why Join Us?
