Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and proactive Salon Support & Shampoo Assistant to help keep our salon floor running smoothly! In this role, you will play a key part in the client experience—delivering relaxing shampoo services while keeping the styling floor, and backbar organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care & Shampooing:

Provide thorough, relaxing shampoos, scalp massages, and specialty treatments for clients prior to their services.

Floor Operations & Reset:

Keep stations prepped and sanitized, maintain fresh towel inventory, sweep hair, and clean color bowls/tools.

Hospitality & Retail:

Offer beverages, maintain a welcoming reception area, and keep retail displays tidy and fully stocked.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic with a proactive, "see what needs to be done" attitude. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
