Surgical Scheduler (Temporary Assignment) ?? New Haven, CT ?? Temporary | Hiring ASAP! ?? $28.43 per hour ? 37.5 hours/week | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Surgical Scheduler to join a busy practice in New Haven, CT. This is a temporary assignment with an immediate need, offering a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all surgical scheduling for 5-6 providers Schedule operating room (OR) time, procedures, and related appointments Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital departments Ensure accuracy and compliance with scheduling protocols Manage changes, cancellations, and urgent scheduling needs efficiently Maintain clear communication with patients regarding surgery details Qualifications Previous surgical/OR scheduling experience required (busy practice environment) Epic experience highly preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Why Apply?
