About Verition Verition Fund Management is a global multi-strategy hedge fund with expertise across equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets. Our US offices sit at the center of our operations, supporting a broad range of investment strategies across global markets. Role Overview Verition is seeking a motivated Operations Associate to join its FX Operations team. The Associate will be responsible for daily cash and position reconciliation across a high volume of transactions, multiple accounts, counterparties, and asset classes, leveraging a suite of internal and third-party systems. You will work closely with Trading, Technology, and other Operations teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of breaks. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across internal systems, external platforms, and Prime Brokers. Escalate and drive timely resolution of outstanding breaks. Identify process gaps and partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement solutions. Support trade capture for FX strategies. Track and manage trade lifecycle events including expiries, cashflows, and marking positions Experience & requirements 2-5 years of experience in investment management or fund operations. Working knowledge of productions FX spot, forwards, NDF, swaps, and exotic FX options. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle. Familiarity with OMS platforms and prime broker portals Bloomberg AIM, Orchestrade, or Geneva experience preferred. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high intensity environment.
