This role is critical to keeping patient care running smoothly day to day. You'll be coordinating schedules for field staff, supporting patient needs, and helping ensure everything flows the way it should.
Important:
You do not need to be an RN for this role. Strong healthcare administrative experience is what matters most. What You'll Do Coordinate and manage daily schedules for nurses and field staff Assign visits based on location, availability, and patient needs Communicate with clinicians, patients, and internal team members Adjust schedules in real time as changes come up (call outs, new admissions, etc.) Support intake coordination and ensure timely patient coverage Help maintain accurate records and scheduling systems What We're Looking For Experience in healthcare administration (home care strongly preferred, but not required) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and confidence managing moving pieces Spanish-speaking ability (preferred but not required) Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working with scheduling systems and basic office technology
