This role is ideal for someone with a healthcare background who is comfortable balancing front desk coordination, backend administrative work, patient communication, billing support, and day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced medical environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Operations Manager with daily office and administrative tasks Follow up with patients regarding appointments, documentation, and general inquiries Support medical billing and administrative workflows Handle front desk responsibilities and provide professional patient interaction Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and email communication Perform backend office work including data entry, document management, and record updates Assist with operational and organizational tasks to ensure smooth office flow Provide general administrative and personal assistant support as needed Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication with patients and staff Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prior administrative or operations experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and basic computer systems Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical billing, scheduling, or EMR systems Experience as a medical receptionist, patient coordinator, or administrative assistant
