We are looking for a dependable Supply Chain Operations Assistant to provide part-time support for a fast-paced consumer products team in Clearwater, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who enjoys structured operational work, manages data with care, and can keep reporting and order activity organized. The role will contribute to daily supply chain coordination by maintaining accurate records, reviewing order flow, and supporting communication across internal partners and external logistics contacts. Candidates who are comfortable with Excel, business systems, and detail-driven processes will be positioned for success.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain operational records related to orders, inventory, and supply chain activity to support accurate day-to-day execution.
• Enter, update, and retrieve information in NetSuite and related business systems while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Review purchase orders and customer order progress across the fulfillment process, flagging delays, discrepancies, or other issues for follow-up.
• Prepare and share recurring reports in Excel and internal platforms to provide visibility into operational performance.
• Partner with internal departments and third-party logistics providers to help keep order processing and inventory coordination on track.
• Monitor inventory and order details closely and make timely system updates to reflect current status.
• Communicate fulfillment updates, order changes, and relevant operational information to team members as needed.
• Provide support for Amazon and other e-commerce order activity when additional assistance is required.
• Deliver general administrative and data-focused support for ongoing supply chain operations and reporting needs.
