At Coastline Orthodontics, we are a family and we absolutely insist on having FUN at work. We celebrate victories and our hard work is what allows our orthodontists to focus on their patients and provide the best care possible. As a part of our administrative team, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with orthodontists, assistants, and the team leader to ensure patient treatment time is maximized. We are currently looking for scheduling coordinators, financial coordinators and treatment coordinators to join our Coastline Orthodontic family. Responsibilities will vary depending on position but all applicants must be goal- driven and motivated to help the practice provide excellent customer service. Some of the responsibilities you will perform: Patient scheduling and confirmation Dental health records Maintaining patient accounts Insurance eligibility Direct customer service Maintain office stock levels and office organization as needed.
Skills Needed:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extensive organization skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently. Accept constructive feedback Conflict resolution and problem solving Must be a Team Player You must have: 2 years office experience (desired) High school diploma or equivalent Communication Skills- verbal and written Basic Computer skills (prefer Google suite experience)

Someone with exceptional customer service skills, computer literacy, works independently and anticipates team and doctor needs.
