This role is a mix of administrative work, project coordination, and light technical support. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, able to learn quickly, and capable of keeping up in a fast-paced environment.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Creating and organizing work orders Reviewing customer orders for accuracy Preparing work notes and documentation Assisting with customer onboarding tasks Coordinating information between departments Tracking equipment and installation details Assisting the engineering team with day-to-day operational tasks The ideal candidate: Is organized and detail-oriented Learns new systems quickly Is dependable and self-motivated Has good communication skills Is comfortable working with computers and technology Can multitask and stay organized under pressure Technical, networking, or VoIP experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This is a good opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in a technical environment while supporting a growing engineering department.
