Join Our Award-Winning Winery Team! Summer Crush Vineyard & Winery is an established, family-owned, award-winning winery in Fort Pierce, Florida. We are looking for an energetic, dependable team member who enjoys working with people and wants to learn every aspect of winery operations. This is much more than a retail or tasting room position. Every day is different. You'll have the opportunity to learn customer service, wine production, vineyard operations, special events, and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps a successful winery running. What You'll Do As part of our team, you'll be cross-trained to assist with many aspects of winery operations, including:

• Greeting guests and providing outstanding customer service
• Conducting wine tastings and winery tours
• Assisting customers in our retail gift shop
• Answering phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Helping with weekend events and special activities
• Assisting with wine production, including crush, press, bottling, labeling, and cellar work
• Helping maintain the vineyard and winery grounds
• Supporting the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly We're Looking for Someone Who Is

• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Has a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule
• Full-time position
• Tuesday through Friday
• At least one weekend day each week

Compensation:
