Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonus About CRS Critical Response Strategies (CRS) is a rapidly growing Jacksonville-based company providing government solutions for emergency preparedness, response, recovery, and complex operations nationwide. We are looking for high-performing recent graduates who want more than a traditional entry-level desk job and are ready to take on responsibility early in their careers. Position Overview The Project Coordinator supports fast-moving, contract-based projects involving staffing, logistics, reporting, client communication, and field operations. This role is ideal for someone with a competitive, team-first mindset who thrives under pressure, learns quickly, and wants a clear path into project and operations leadership. We are especially interested in candidates with leadership experience through: Collegiate athletics Team captain or leadership roles Greek life or student organizations ROTC or military programs Volunteer or community leadership Other high-accountability team environments What You'll Do Coordinate project staffing, scheduling, logistics, and daily operations. Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, field teams, and CRS leadership. Support payroll, invoicing, expense tracking, and project reporting. Maintain project documentation and operational data in Smartsheet, Excel, and other systems. Help coordinate onboarding, deployments, and field communication. Identify problems quickly and help develop solutions. Participate in meetings with clients, government representatives, and project leadership. Travel to project locations and support onsite operations as needed. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated leadership experience through athletics, campus organizations, work, military service, or community involvement. Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to take ownership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office. Smartsheet or project management experience is a plus. Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and deploy for approximately 4-6 weeks at a time when projects require it. Why CRS?
