Administrative & Support Services, The Therapy Scheduler is responsible for making and managing the schedule for therapist on all units within our Brooks Bartram Hospital.

Hours:

PRN, as needed, 16

Weekends Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the data entry of all inpatient therapy appointments (PT, OT, SLP, and TR), including, making all necessary changes and cancellations. Responsible for managing e-mail requests from therapists and nursing. Responsible for the data entry of all follow up medical appointments that occur during the inpatient stay Responsible for incorporating patient preferences into the schedule

Holiday Scheduling Responsibilities:

Scheduling of all inpatient therapies (PT, OT, SLP, and TR). Responsible for data entry of all inpatient therapy (inclusive of above) appointments.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. 2 years of experience as administrative assistant or scheduler within the medical, service or hospitality fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
