Overview We are hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to support a growing ABA and Mental Health Agency in Longwood, FL. This role manages staff and client schedules, responds to late arrivals and no-shows, and supports daily agency operations. This is a non-clinical, administrative position with structured training provided. Key Responsibilities Schedule ABA and Mental Health clients Adjust schedules for late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows Coordinate staffing coverage and backfill sessions when possible Communicate schedule changes to staff and families Track attendance, cancellations, and utilization Ensure scheduling aligns with authorizations and billing rules Follow escalation procedures for clinical concerns (no clinical decision-making) Track and Request client authorizations Assign ABA Cases to staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Calm, professional communication under pressure Comfortable using scheduling systems, EHRs, or similar software Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, or therapy scheduling Pay & Benefits $16.00 per hour ("Opportunities for increases based on performance and tenure.")
