What You'll Do:

Coordinate enterprise interview scheduling and provide on-site support for candidates.

Support the full-cycle onboarding process, including I-9 and citizenship verification.

Maintain documentation and retention of key recruiting and HR records.

Support OFCCP compliance requirements and related Talent Acquisition activities.

Prepare and maintain Excel reports using data entry, filtering, and pivot tables.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or GED

6+ years of experience in supporting recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition, or administrative functions.

What Sets You Apart:

Associates Degree

Executive assistant experience

Administrative assistant experience

Hotel concierge experience

Excel experience with pivot tables, data entry and filtering

Additional Information:

Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

10% local travel
