Job Description

Integration Operations Coordinator (IPO)- "W-TRS" Orlando, Florida Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Leads and guides personnel assigned to IPO-related tasks.
  • Manages IPO project performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency.
  • Serve as primary POC to assigned PdL APM.
  • Responsible for submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports (weekly & quarterly), oversight of scheduling administration and the monitoring/surveillance of daily activities.
  • Responds to all IPO PdL-related TDLs.
  • Provides immediate responsiveness to assigned PdL APM for information/reporting requirements, and changes in portfolio or status.
  • Supports PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL Oversees TDP performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency.
  • Coordinates issue resolution at PdL level
Education/ Experience:
(2 +BA/BS or 1+MA/MS) or (4 +AA) or (6+No Degree). Certification(s):
None Required Experience:
  • Experience leading and guiding personnel assigned to IPO-related tasks.
  • Experience managing IPO project performance and ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Experience serving as the primary point of contact to assigned PdL APM.
  • Responsible for the submission of all weekly TADSS updates, usage reports (weekly and quarterly), and overseeing the scheduling administration and the monitoring/surveillance of daily activities.
  • Experience responding to all IPO PdL-related TDLs.
  • Provides immediate responsiveness to assigned PdL APM for information/reporting requirements, and changes in portfolio or status.
  • Experience supporting PMO with TDP development aligned with PdL.
  • Oversees TDP performance and is responsible for quality/efficiency.
  • Experience coordinating issue resolution at the PdL level.
REQUIREMENT
Active and Current U.S. Secret Clearance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The worker is primarily in an office environment. Programs will require travel to and working in outside environments at government locations from hot and dry to cold and humid. PPE required to mitigate environmental and safety hazards.
