Production Supervisor SUMMARY:

Assisting the painter - cleaning, mixing paints, taping/masking parts as specified by travelers and drawings

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning and preparing parts for paint Reading travelers and drawings to determine correct materials to be used Recording paint mixes Mixing paints and assisting the painter Packaging parts Taping parts that are painted with more than one color Regularly cleaning paint guns and work space as required

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Effectivemunication skills Punctual and reliable Attention to detail Familiarity with paint gun 3-5 years paint experience Able to work independently or with other individuals Able to lift up to 50 lbs

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 lbs. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, read and identify numbers. The employee is regularly required to sound reasoning and logic performing daily tasks. The employee is required to ad to in house respiratory and safety requirements.

Pay Details:
