Position Overview:

As an Aesthetician at

SEROTONIN

Anti-Aging Centers in Windermere, FL you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional aesthetic services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of skin care treatments, including HydraFacial, chemical peels, coolsculpting and microneedling, while contributing to the overall success of our Center. Your ability to engage clients with professionalism, empathy, and a deep understanding of their skin care needs will be integral to our Center's success.

Key Responsibilities Client Interaction:

 Greet clients upon arrival in a warm and welcoming manner  Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients skin care concerns and goals  Provide informative guidance on our range of services and products based on clients individual needs

Skin Care Services:

 Perform HydraFacial, chemical peels, and micro needling treatments with precision and expertise  Tailor treatments to match clients chosen packages, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction  Utilize your skills and knowledge to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for clients

Consultations:

 Conduct thorough skin care consultations for clients  Recommend suitable treatments and products to address client concerns  Sell premium skin care products to enhance clients post-treatment care routine

Team Collaboration:

 Collaborate with fellow team members  Share insights, expertise and best practices to collectively elevate the quality of service

Sales and Business Growth:

 Demonstrate a proactive approach to promoting

Anti-Aging Center services, packages, memberships and products

Professionalism and Personal Growth:

 Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques and emerging technologies in skin care  Attend relevant training sessions Qualifications  Proven experience as a licensed aesthetician, with expertise in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and microneedling  Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in client interactions  Strong ability to work independently while delivering outstanding client care  Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment  Knowledge of skin care trends, products, and treatments is preferred  Relevant certifications and licenses as required by state and local regulations

Part-time Salary:

$20 per hour depending on experience Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
