This is more than a traditional scheduling position—we are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to patients, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping patients move forward with recommended dental treatment. The ideal candidate has a sales background or previous treatment presentation experience and understands how to confidently communicate value, overcome objections, and close for the appointment. Dental experience is a plus, but sales ability, communication skills, and a results-driven mindset are a MUST. Key Responsibilities Make a minimum of 150 outbound/inbound calls per day Generate a minimum of 5 outbound appointments scheduled per day Follow up consistently with patients who have: Pending treatment Unschedule treatment plans Missed or canceled appointments Outstanding treatment opportunities Incomplete treatment Present and discuss recommended treatment with patients in a clear and confident manner Use strong sales and communication skills to help patients understand the value of completing treatment Overcome common patient objections regarding scheduling, timing, cost, and treatment Convert patient conversations into scheduled appointments Maintain a full and productive schedule for doctors and hygiene Follow up with leads and prospective new patients Document calls, conversations, and follow-up activities accurately Work closely with the Treatment Coordinator, doctors, hygienists, and front office team Provide an exceptional patient experience during every interaction Meet and consistently exceed daily and monthly scheduling goals What We're Looking For
