The construction industry moves quickly, plans change, problems come up, and some days require a thick skin and the ability to handle pressure without becoming overwhelmed. We are looking for someone who can stay professional, organized, and solution-focused through the highs and lows of a busy construction environment. The right person is tough but professional, friendly but firm, and able to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, installers, fabricators, and office staff. You should be comfortable dealing with strong personalities, managing competing priorities, and having direct conversations when necessary. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain schedules for countertop templates, fabrication, installations, service calls, and other appointments Communicate scheduling information and updates clearly with customers, contractors, builders, installers, and internal team members Manage frequent schedule changes, delays, jobsite issues, and last-minute adjustments Answer customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate job information, schedules, notes, and customer records Follow up on outstanding items needed to keep projects moving Coordinate between the office, shop, field crews, customers, and contractors Identify potential scheduling conflicts or problems before they become larger issues Handle customer concerns professionally while protecting company policies and expectations Assist with general administrative and office responsibilities as needed

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
