Right at Home of Alpharetta | Alpharetta, GA Your day is never the same — and that's exactly what makes this role exciting! Right at Home of Alpharetta is looking for a sharp, organized, tech-savvy Home Care Scheduler who loves solving problems, working with people, and keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. If you're the person who can look at a complicated schedule, figure out what needs to happen, communicate with five people at once, and somehow make it all work — we want to meet you. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM position with participation in a rotating on-call schedule.
Starting salary:
$60,000+ based on experience As ourHome Care Scheduler, you'll be at the center of our daily operations — connecting clients, families, caregivers, and our care management team.
Job Functions:
Manage and coordinate high-volume home care schedules, making sure every shift is properly staffed and completed. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers. Handle last-minute call-offs, schedule changes, and staffing challenges — think fast, stay calm, and find the solution . Work closely with Care Managers and office leadership to ensure clients receive the right care at the right time. Monitor schedules and proactively identify potential coverage issues before they become problems. Communicate clearly and consistently with caregivers and clients throughout the day. Help create a positive caregiver experience while maintaining exceptional client service. Use technology and scheduling systems to keep information accurate and up to date. Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Experience That Will Help You Succeed:
3+ years of experience in Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, or a similar healthcare environment preferred 3+ years of high-volume scheduling experience preferred Experience with WellSky is a plus, but not required Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus High School Diploma/GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is a plus Valid driver's license required Ideally located within approximately 25 minutes of our Alpharetta office
