Job Description

With locations in Asia and U.S., we are committed to delivering high-quality battery solutions, exceptional customer service, and reliable supply chain support. Our extensive product portfolio includes FA, AGM and conventional batteries for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, scooters, and other powersports applications. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory & Operations Coordinator - Bilingual Chinese to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse and distribution operations, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our U.S. and Asia-based teams to optimize inventory management, improve operational efficiency, and support our commitment to providing industry-leading products and service. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain processes, and data analysis. Manage order processing activities, including order verification, ERP data entry, order release, shipment coordination, and payment finalization. Designing and implementing inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures. Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels. Working in cooperation with production planning and logistics to align with demand forecast and satisfy inventory level. Check and review inventory levels, data integrity to ensure the inventory plan generates accurate information. Responsible for forecasting inventory and replenish inventory. Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate must have demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly retrieve, manipulate, analyze, and interpret data. Strong quantitative skills through knowledge of statistics and quantitative data analysis and interpretation. Ability to translate analysis to audience and communicate recommendations. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively. Bilingual Preferred - Chinese. Desired Skills And Experience Inventory coordination experience a plus. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. ERP experience a plus. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions from, as well as ability to write and present inventory reports. Strong attention to detail with good follow through to ensure job completion and accuracy. Good organizational skills, ability and willingness to help solve complex supply scenarios. People oriented nature resulting in a drive to help others; resulting in strong customer service and responsiveness. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to tailor a message for the recipient. Strong dedication to the job, ownership of role and team performance. Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities at once. Ability to work within a team, cross training and backing up team members on work inside and outside of the defined role.
Pay:
$24.50 - $25.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
