Job Description

Are you a highly organized, strategic thinker with a passion for property management? We are a property management and development company. We're looking for a dynamic professional to be a part of our team, and report to the Executive VP of Managment. This role offers a unique blend of leadership, operations oversight, and executive support, with some travel required between properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing asset and property management operations across multiple locations. Provide strategic support, including reporting, scheduling, and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with property management policies, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for properties. Support leasing and occupancy efforts by analyzing market trends and implementing strategic initiatives. Collaborate on-site teams to enhance property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. Travel to properties as needed to support on-site management, resolve operational challenges, and ensure efficiency. Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and on-site teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of company objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong background in property management, asset management, or regional management.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of leasing, property maintenance, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to various properties.
