Expertise and Functions Create, manage, and optimize the master production schedule Establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs Integrate contract and purchase order manufacturing orders with master schedule; coordinate availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet delivery dates Lead planning and periodic forecasting meetings with Engineering, Program Management, Inventory other related departments such as production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service staff Identify gaps and drive solutions on production performance relative to the requested production schedule Report key performance metrics on scheduling effectiveness in a timely manner Other duties as assigned Requirements Education/Training (both required and desired): Bachelor's Degree in management or other relevant discipline required Degree is waiver eligible with 5 years experience in addition to requirement belowExperience:
2+ years of professional experience in the required task area Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes Knowledgeable withMRP / ERP
systems such as JobBOSS Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS office applicationsSecurity:

The projected salary range for this position is $30-$35/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.Benefits
