Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in School Counseling is required Proficient in fundamental counseling techniques and student management Strong organizational skills and proven problem-solving abilities Effective communicatorboth orally and in writing Experience working one-on-one, with small groups, classroom groups, and in collaboration with multiple stakeholders Skilled at evaluating current processes and recommending areas for improvement Leadership ability and initiative in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling services to support students social, emotional, and academic needs Conduct individual and group sessions addressing a variety of student concerns Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success Develop and implement management strategies and targeted interventions Maintain confidential and accurate records of all counseling activities Participate in meetings and contribute to school-wide programming Analyze school processes and help devise solutions to enhance services
