CINC Systems, LLC is looking for a full-time Lockbox Specialist to join its Commerce, Georgia team. The individual will be part of a team working to ensure exceptional customer service by accelerating the receipt and processing of lockbox payments. Essential Duties Sort and open mail from various Post Office boxes Prepare batches for processing Operate imaging equipment to accurately capture and process payments Verify quality of scanned images and correctly key information from payments Balance lockbox transmissions Collect and distribute correspondence items received at the lockbox Pull exception items as indicated Requirements Ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to review payments quickly and accurately. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior lockbox, accounts receivable, banking or data entry experience. Candidates must be skilled with 10-key, and familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products. Experience with lockbox extractor equipment is a plus.
