Greater Atlanta Area Job type: Full Time Keep Traffic Moving. Keep Our Operations Running. We are a fast-growing traffic control and equipment rental company in Pooler, GA, serving contractors, utility providers, municipalities, and infrastructure projects. We are expanding to serve the Greater Atlanta Area. We have a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service. We provide traffic control solutions and equipment rentals that keep projects moving efficiently and safely. Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Scheduler to coordinate daily crew assignments, manage project schedules, and ensure our traffic control operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch traffic control crews for daily and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate staffing levels to meet customer and project requirements.
  • Communicate with project managers, field supervisors, and customers regarding schedules and work assignments.
  • Manage schedule changes, emergency requests, and last-minute adjustments.
  • Track crew availability, certifications, and equipment assignments.
  • Monitor labor utilization and overtime to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and project documentation.
  • Ensure all jobs are properly staffed and resources are allocated according to project needs.
  • Support operations management with reporting and administrative duties.
  • Monday to Friday, weekends as needed.
  • Expected hours 40-50 per week. Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of scheduling, dispatching, logistics, construction, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Experience with Connecteams or similar scheduling software a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in traffic control, construction, transportation, or utility industries is a plus. What We Offer
