Our client is looking for the right candidate for position up to two years!
As an Access Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, secure, and compliant operations on our clients' customers' construction sites. You will manage key site access functions, including:
- Worker registration and badging
- Verification of credentials for all personnel
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Technology troubleshooting and general operational support This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experience.
You will work directly on-site, ensuring every project runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
Core Responsibilities:

Worker Registration & Badging:
Monitor and manage access control compliance for all personnel. Collaborate with customers and teams to enforce site security requirements. 2.
Badging Compliance:
Ensure all personnel have valid badges and are properly scanned to verify identity and maintain accurate headcount records. 3.
Customer & Worker Support:
Provide support for all access control processes, including registration, badging, and technology troubleshooting. 4.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
Assist with light duties onsite or ongoing admin tasks as needed to support site operations. Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience in fast-paced or high pressure environments
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred:
- 1+ years of on-site construction or industrial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges both within and beyond assigned responsibilities
