We believe primary care should be personal, unrushed, relationship-centered, and free from the constraints of the traditional insurance system. Our membership model allows us to care for fewer patients exceptionally well while creating a healthier, more sustainable workplace for our team. Other days you'll be answering patient messages, organizing inventory, improving workflows, helping at the front desk, or solving whatever challenge the day brings. As our practice grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role overseeing daily operations and helping manage additional team members as Practice Manager.
