Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drafts initial administrative logs, basic meeting summaries, and routine administrative documentation under close supervision. Assist in data entry for program metrics and follow established templates for document preparation. Organize internal files and digital repositories to support programmatic documentation requirements. Supports daily Program Office tracking by collecting task status updates and organizing administrative schedules for senior review. Assist in the physical coordination of meeting spaces, draft simple responses to routine correspondence, and update internal action-item tracking lists according to standard operating procedures. Prepare basic documentation packages for incoming personnel onboarding and track the status of base access requests within the theater. Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field (High School and 4 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional relevant experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree).
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of office automation tools and calendar management. Foundational familiarity with Military Program Office administration or technical documentation.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
