Job Requirements halawa, HI Secret Polygraph Unspecified Career Level not specified Salary not specified Join Premium to unlock estimated salaries Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Subcontracts Expeditor to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Plans and directs the activities associated with subcontract administration and the monitoring of supplier delivery schedules. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to organizational quality and compliance standards. Implement process improvements for subcontractor management and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for executive-level review and coordination. Manages the execution of subcontract expediting tasks for Special Operations Command Centers within the Pacific AOR. Evaluate regional procurement Status Reports to prioritize resource allocation for infrastructure and mission-support projects. Lead the coordination of local vendors and Logistics Teams to resolve performance issues affecting theaterwide readiness and operations. Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education). 10+ years of position-relevant experience. Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical subcontract compliance protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field. Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) procurement. Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols.
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
