Job Description

Our front desk team is the face of our practice—welcoming families, keeping the schedule flowing, and helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. What you'll do You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and an essential part of keeping the day running smoothly. Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, respond to questions, and help patients feel taken care of Schedule and confirm appointments with great attention to detail Check patients in/out and support an efficient, on-time clinic flow Collect/update patient information and help maintain accurate records (HIPAA compliant) Verify insurance details and assist with basic eligibility checks Communicate clearly with the clinical team to coordinate patient needs Support general administrative tasks (scanning, data entry, correspondence, etc.) What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is kind, outgoing, reliable, and a true team player . Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Friendly, energetic, and enjoys meeting and helping people Dependable and punctual—your role matters to the whole team Organized and able to multitask while staying calm and positive Tech savvy: comfortable using computers for scheduling, charting, and everyday office tools Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) Experience is a plus, not a requirement. Dental/orthodontic or medical front desk experience is helpful, but we can train the right person from scratch. If you're motivated and eager to learn, we'll teach you what you need to succeed.
