Full-Time, Year-Round | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Are you organized, great on the phone, and love making things run smoothly? Join Iowa's original lawn care service! At All American Turf Beauty , we've been making lawns green for 50 years. Because we are 100% employee-owned, every team member has a real stake in our success. We're looking for a reliable, friendly Office Administrator to be the backbone of our Van Meter operations.
What You'll Do:
The Heart of Scheduling:
Build and optimize daily routes for our turf and irrigation specialists.
The Voice of Our Business:
Answer incoming calls, answer questions, and deliver top-notch customer service.
Behind-the-Scenes Operations:
Handle sales agreements, invoice processing, and daily admin tasks.
Team Support:
Work closely with field crews and management to keep daily operations running seamlessly.
Team Player Tasks:
Assist with other general office duties or projects as needed to support the team.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong background in customer service, office admin, or scheduling/dispatching. Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving. Comfort with computers and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
